Yes. Multi-day rentals are what we do best. Many riders take a Harley-Davidson for several days to explore the Cape Peninsula, the Winelands and the wider Western Cape. Send us your dates and we'll confirm availability.

Do I need a motorcycle licence?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept a valid EU, UK or Australian motorcycle licence issued in English, or a valid South African motorcycle licence. You'll also need your passport or South African ID and a credit card in the rider's own name. If your licence is issued elsewhere, contact us before you travel and we'll advise.

Can I ride with a passenger?

Yes. Both models are suited to two-up riding, and the Ultra Limited in particular is built for comfortable pillion touring. Let us know in your enquiry if you'll be riding with a passenger.

Our motorcycles are chosen for touring, and riders regularly head beyond the city into the Overberg, the Winelands, the Garden Route and further afield. Share your planned route with us and we'll advise.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially over the South African summer and holiday periods. Our fleet is boutique rather than mass-market, so dates are limited. Enquire as soon as your travel dates are set.

Yes. We know these roads. Tell us how many days you have and what you'd like to see, and we'll help shape a ride around the Peninsula, the passes, the Winelands or a longer Western Cape journey.

Which routes do you recommend?

Favourites include the Cape Peninsula loop, Chapman's Peak Drive, the mountain passes inland and the Cape Winelands. For multi-day riders, the Western Cape opens up in every direction.

Every motorcycle in the fleet is meticulously maintained by certified technicians for peak performance, safety and reliability, so the bike you collect feels as it should.

What are the rental requirements?

A valid motorcycle licence (EU, UK or Australian in English, or South African), your passport or ID, and a credit card in the rider's own name. Helmets are included with every rental.

How many kilometres are included?

Every rental includes 300 free kilometres per rental day. Additional kilometres are charged at R7.50 per kilometre on both models, settled after the rental.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable holding deposit is held against the motorcycle for the rental period — R30,000 for the Street Glide and R35,000 for the Ultra Limited. This is completely separate from the 50% booking deposit you pay online to confirm your dates, and it is arranged at collection rather than charged through the website.

How much deposit do I pay to confirm a booking?

Once we approve your dates, a 50% booking deposit of the rental amount confirms the rental. You pay it securely online using your booking reference, and the balance is settled with us.

Can you deliver the motorcycle to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery and collection is R650 each way within a 25 km radius of our Paarden Eiland workshop. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll quote it alongside your rental.

Can I ride into another country?

Cross-border travel is on request only. Tell us your planned route well before your dates and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate it.
